05 Ion, "ticking" sound from steering wheel
I have an 05 Ion. There is an occasional ticking sound from the steering wheel area. A local dealership told me it was an electrical relay of sort, but flat out disregarded it otherwise.
I've done a little research so far as to what it could be, but I haven't found any definitive answers. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Is it a problem that can be fixed? Is it of any real danger?..like, if it goes out, would something fail or even start a fire if it is electrical? Thank you!! |
