2007 Dome Light (Switched Power Fuse)

I shorted out the wires on the dome light on my 2007 Saturn ION (Installing a DVD player/screen).

The constant power is working, but the switched (the one that turns on when the door opens) is not working, there is no voltage on that circuit.

Where would I find the fuse for the switched dome light? (I've checked all the fuses at the drivers foot area and they all look good)...All other accessories appear to work, except noted below.

Also as a side note, not sure if it's related but after I tried all accessories and locks and windows the rear window behind the driver will not go down now, could this be related? I hear a click when I try from the drivers console, but nothing when I try from the rear seat?

I managed to get a SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS - Courtesy Lamps Circuit and figured out my issue.
