Default Low beams on with high beams mod

Saw this in the noob guide but when I searched for it (quad-beam headlight conversion) nothing came up.

Anyone have a link to the how-to?

You could also pull the turnsignal switch back halfway as if you were engaging the high beams but not 'clicking' it into place and all four would be engaged, you just have to hold it there otherwise it will fall back to low beams or snap into high.

Yeah, that won't contribute toward burning out the switch stalk or anything!

Yah that's what I've done with all my cars in the past. Good for a quick burst but holding it there just isn't fun!

This is the right, easy way to have the headlight action you want.

If they made projector housings for these cars I'd be all over that idea... but I'm not going to be one of those dicks who puts HID's into a non-projector housing and blinds everyone!

I went with 5000K Hyper White Xenon light bulbs and they are bright and a direct replacement with no mods.

I used to have those. But I have a conversion kit for HIDs. Mines I think 5300k (supposed to be a speciallty order for Cadillac).

But by HID im referring to the bulbs, ballast, and brackets to make a TRUE HID...well, sorta without the fancy turning while your turning and all that jazz. When it comes to those though 'Aline' has the most inexpensive ones.

True HID setup yes, but without the proper housings you have no cutoff; you're just throwing bright light all over the place blinding anyone coming towards you and offering little in improved visibility.
