Default TrueDelta Vehicle Reliability Survey Results for the Outlook - through March 31, 2008

Thanks to the help of this forum and its members, for which I'm very grateful, we have updated Vehicle Reliability Survey results for the Saturn Outlook (along with the Acadia and Enclave). These cover owner experiences through March 31, 2008.

The results are very similar to those three months ago, just with even larger sample sizes of 115 for the 2007 and 176 for the 2008. So the 2007's repair rate continues to be worse than average at 85 successful repair trips per 100 vehicles per year, while the 2008 is better than average at 45.

In other words, the repair rate for the 2008 continues to be about half that for the 2007.

Results have been updated. The result for the 2007 is virtually the same, no surprise wiht a sample size of over 100.

The result for the 2008, base on 220 responses--great job, Lambda owners--is a bit higher than last time, at 53 successful repair trips per 100 vehicles per year. Still quite a bit better than the 2007, though now close to the average.

Additional participants always helpful, especially for the new 2009.
