Default was wondering if i should run a hotter or colder plug

i run ngk's in my car now some people say run colder plug and some say run a hotter plug.Any ideas what to use or have had success and can u pass the part numbers on over

Neither. Use plugs in original heat range.

Unless you are running a boosted car, then use colder?.?.
Also heard if oil fouls out your plugs often, then use hotter.?
