Default Steering wheel turns to the right

Hi

I have a 2003 Saturn Ion 2 sedan where my steering wheel turns itself to the right.

If I let go of the wheel while driving, the wheel turns itself a few degrees to the right.

What might be the cause of this?

I had gotten a 4 wheel alignment hoping that was the issue, but it wasn't. The guy doing the alignment suspected it might be an electronic steering issue

I had the power steering motor replaced as part of the TSB.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

The alignment guy is most likely right. Bring the car back to the dealer.
