2007 Ion, buying advice please

Ello all:

Have come across an advert for a 2007 Ion. I have cut and pasted below what they claim/admit to the car;

Single family ownership. Oil changed every 3k miles. Good condition.

The Good:
New front rotors and brakes
New front struts and shocks
New sway bar links
New gas and vapor line
New tires 75% tread, the front right tire brand new (replaced 5/2/19 due to a hit nail)
New gas and vapor line
Throttle body replaced 1 year prior
Comes with vehicle, not yet installed - brand new rear shocks (the old ones still have a little life), new spark plug, new drain plug, new spare
Service and repair records

The Not So Good:
Crack in the windshield
I paid over $100.00 for an engine diagnostic (not just a code read) and was reassured the occasional "on" engine light is a faulty reading, there's nothing to fix. Yes, I have the receipt. LIGHT IS OFF AND HAS STAYED OFF, I'M JUST BEING ABSOLUTELY TRANSPARENT - RUNS EXCELLENTLY!
Radio display goes in and out, but works well otherwise
Minor cosmetic issues consistent with a vehicle of this age/mileage

As I am a wage slave at a local casino, I do not want to sink too much beyond the initial purchase price into the car? Would you recommend buying this car?


Incidentally, does the radio come with Bluetooth?

Did you do a Carfax?

Did you take vehicle to mechanic shop and have all checked out?

I'd consider buying it if the price is right, but there's some key information missing.

What's the asking price and approximate odometer reading?
Clean title (not salvage)? Owner has title in hand?
Automatic or manual transmission?

If possible, I'd try to see what the trouble code was that they were getting. If they really have all the service records, this shouldn't be a problem.

Lastly, the factory radio doesn't have Bluetooth. Bluetooth wasn't available in most cars until 2008 or 2009. However, the factory radio does have an auxiliary input jack.
