so i recently became a new owner of a 2002 saturn sl2 with 180k miles and am thinking of doing some fluid changes. i plan on doing oil change, coolant, transmission changed but not flushed, and my brake light is on so probably needs some brake fluid too. Anyone have recommendations on what fluids the sl2 operates better with??
As is the car runs decent but have noticed that when accelerating the shifting is a little late between certain gears. i read on here that it doing a atf change to mobile 1 synth #mstf could help this out a bit so i figure why not. i found the stuff at my local auto store but have had no luck tracking down a filter in my area. thinking about using the wix filter that oreilly has. Wix 57101 has been mentioned as the next best thing. Anyone advise against this? Thanks in advance! need all the help i can get ! |
