Default Wheel Wells for 2001 SC2?

Hey guys, my two front wheel wells have ripped through a few of the clip holes. It makes my wheel well rub as I reverse or make an sharp turns. Which cars should I go scavenging from a junkyard that would fit the 2001 sc2? Or is there a way to fix it? The plastic just tore by the hole for the plastic clips.

According to the part number, (21111964 and 21111965) only 2001 and 2002 are compatible. You could probably just hold it up with some duct tape for now though if it's becoming a problem.

Clean, scuff up good with sandpaper, and put a few layers on the front side. At least one on the back. Redrill the hole after it has cured.

Awesome. This is exactly what I was looking for. I was thinking of using bondo, but just knew there was a better choice for the job. Thanks!

Dang I'm probably going to have trouble finding it at a salvage yard. Thanks for the part numbers I'll see what the internet finds for me.

Never really used fiber glass. By the looks of your pictures I nee fiber glass tape, and then I layer the fiber glass bondo resin on top of the tape?

You need resin:
https://m.lowes.com/pd/Bondo-32-fl-o...Repair/3371926
And you need cloth:
https://m.lowes.com/pd/3M-White-Fibe...-Cloth/3228210
Get the cloth that looks like weaved fabric and not the mat that looks like a bunch of fibers jammed together. It is not tape. You cut out the shape you need.

My links were from Lowes but any hardware, auto, or Walmart type store should have it.

I use disposable chip brushes, 1" is good. Paint resin on the area, stick the cloth on, then use the brush to saturate the cloth by stippling with the brush. That means to jab into the cloth like you are stabbing it with the bristles.

If you Google the YouTube it should have a video. Easy stuff.

I KNOW Dorman sold some Saturn wheel liners (maybe not that year+model).

I would check:

RockAuto
PartsGeek
&
maybe CarID
