Default Mystery connector next to passenger seatbelt

Yesterday when I was tearing apart my interior to insulate the floor, I found this connector wrapped in green tape underneath the plastic trim that goes over the passenge seatbelt. I assume it goes to some option my car doesn't have but does anyone know what one? I tried searching the forms for an answer but couldn't find anything

Our 99 has this too, would there also be a plug for the switch and control end?
