What a smooth running company(not). After months and months of different stories from dealers, salespeople, GM Oshawa phone operators..etc..the braintrust has finally made it official in a letter....you can take your Saturn to any GM dealer starting Jan 2nd 2010. Only problem ::: The phone number displayed in a big blue box is not in service !!! A call to GM confirmed that some idiot printed the wrong number on thousands of mail-outs...lolol. Pathetic..lol.

Being in the printing business, I would bet 10 people proof read it.

Back in 94 I needed a cheap truck. A Nissan was in my price range and the ad said "no games". When I went to the dealership they had moved. Guess they printed the old address. Bought a Mazda instead.
![]() Probably was not too funny to the person responsible for the error. GM is on a roll...

GM has named their new CEO.... It's Homer Simpson. "May the best car win" has been officially replaced by "DOH!" as the corporate slogan.

I have been going to the local Chevy dealer for parts for my 2006 Ion a couple times. They can search for Saturn Part Numbers just like on the Chevy line but all to often they come up with a missing number when they drill down to the right window on there computer. I have the ECOTECH 2.2 so I find it a lot faster to tell them I have a 2006 Cobalt. When I tell them I have a Saturn I am there 30 minutes with 1 or 2 wrong parts pulled, when I tell them I have a Cobalt I get out the door in 10 minutes with the right part the first time.
