my new to me '99 SL2

I just picked up a '99 SL2,auto,silver ext,gray int,pdl,cc,rke with 105k on it for $2200. It is in pretty good shape. I have done a few things to it like new:t-stat,water pump,ects, flushed coolant,trans filter,trans fluid,ngk plugs,ntk o2 sensor. Mods:quad headlight mod,24/20 inch wipers,modified airbox. I got a ton of info from this site so far.

Is this your first Saturn ? Keep an eye on things - especially oil and coolant, and the pavement where you park it.

Thanks for the welcome. This is my first Saturn. I have been on here researching for about a month now. I found a lot of great info on these cars,which made things a lot easier. I have been keeping a close eye on the engine oil and coolant. It uses a small amount of oil,but not too bad.
As far as the airbox,I removed the resonator above the radiator,airbox inlet tube that is riveted in and cut out the corner of the airbox next to the battery. I am also going to get a K&N drop in filter soon.

Synthetic oil generally will help to keep the oil usage from getting worse, if you can justify the extra cost and it is not burning a lot. It should also get you another 1-2 mpg.
