Default Torque value for 2006 ION front wheel bearing

I have a 2006 ION that I replaced the wheel bearing on and I can now hear the same noise staring again. Wondering if I got the bearing to tight with about 100 lbs of torque. What is the proper torque specification?

Tighten the nut to 100 Nm (74 lb ft) plus 35.

Might just be one of the other bearings going out...
