Clicking Sound While Braking
I own a 1994 SL2 which started making a heavy clicking noise while under braking a few days ago on the driver's side only. The frequency of the click is directly related to how fast I'm going, and it only clicks when I start braking at lower speeds (30 mph or so). Also, sometimes the car pulses with the clicking noise as if I'm pulsing the pedal. I've recently had the CV joint repaired (in November of last year) and the boot is still intact, so I don't think it's that making the noise. I pulled caliper off of that side and checked the pads, and they're both nowhere near needing to be replaced. While I was at it, I checked the brake disk for warping, but I didn't see any. I'm stumped. I would greatly appreciate any ideas anybody might have.

Update: I replaced the the lower ball joint on that side, and that fixed not only the braking sounds, but plenty of other weird sounds as well.
