Default Input Shaft Nut - Amount of ATF Loss

How much fluid do you lose when removing the transmission end cover to replace the input shaft nut?

FYI, I just changed the ATF 2K miles ago (with Mobil 1) so I do not want to drop another $50-$60 on a complete drain/refill so soon.

Jack the left side up as high as you can get it ad let the car sit for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the cover. Be sire to cover frame and mount so the couple of ounces left in the cover do not run onto the mount or make a mess. If you collect and measure it you will have an exact value but it is not much.

Thank you OldNut....It sounds like if I buy one quart of Mobil 1 ATF that should cover the loss (and then some)......
