Idea Decals on the QC3

Hey,
My new bright blue Ion 3 coupe is three days old now and so far so good... I love it!
I was thinking of customizing it with some small decals in the area right behind the little window in the back. There's that little triangle there I'd figure maybe it would be cool to put a small flame decal or design. I had no luck finding a cool enough decal....
Anyone got any suggestions?

It's too bad the roof rails come in the car body colors now, I liked the different colors.
Maybe by adding a small flame without it looking to corny, I could add more uniqueness.

I don't know. Just the fact that you liked and took a chance on the Ion and got the QC version makes you pretty unique.

Personally I would not want to put any sort of stickers or anything on the car because more than likely it is not going to add to the car's looks and will look tacky.

You could check with the dealer and ask about swapping out the body color roof rails for silver/Gray ones or something, but the all blue Ion QC looks pretty sharp stock.

Also, Congratulations on the new Ion and welcome to the boards!

Thanks Jaseball for the welcome...

Yea the dealership plans to have in June the dark grey roof rails with little blue bubbles ... maybe those would look good on it rather than decals or stickers.

The silver roof rails on the ION QC are a no-cost factory option for every color (except silver since the roof rails are already silver)...... I haven't seen any of those on the retailer lots yet.

As far as decals..... Saturn offers factory accessory graphics for the sides of the sedan and QC...... check with your retailer's parts department.

Oh yeah, congratulations on getting your new ION!

I'm confused, which "little windows in back." Do you mean the window above the reversing doors?

The *sedan* has little windows in back; I call them the "third windows."

Unless you mean the rear window, which isn't small at all, especially for a coupe.

I am not picking on you, I am just confused.

Go to my webpage comparison of the Sedan/QC and you can see why I am confused....

Sorry for the confusion Sonata....

What I am thinking of is the little triangular space behind or after the rear windows on the coupe. It's basically a triangular shape same color as the car's body color.

Thanks for the tip at checking out the Saturn dealership about those decals... I'm still not sure of them but it would help to actually see what they look like in person rather than on the net.
I'm looking for something small no big "racing" "guido-isc" lines or big flashy stripes.

Did you see the Saturn graphics on mtlmutt's blue QC2? He has pics posted in his gallery..... maybe he could provide more information about them to you.
