Default PCV valve vibration?

Today while working on the EGR, I discovered my PCV valve will vibrate. It'll settle down and if I hit it, it will start vibrating again. It's the valve with the angled plastic connection, so it's not readily available. I wonder if it's due to all the blow by I have.
