It would be funny if they did bring back the Astra to the U.S.. However, it would be even more crazy is they brought it back as a Buick (unchanged). Thinking about it that would be insane, especially if it sold really well.

For the Astra VXR to come virtually unchanged to North America at all would be an amazing feat for the resurgent General to achieve.

IMO, the VXR has more potential as a Chevy Cruze variant, going head to head with the Focus ST the same way Camaro battles Mustang, but would command a higher average transaction price wearing the Buick tri-shield logo.
