Default 02 L300 fuel pump/car won't stay running problem

Hi,
Replaced the fuel pump on my 02 L300 3.0 V6, but the car still will not start and stay running. It's turning over, but still sounds like it's starving for fuel. The new fuel pump is working, we can hear it, and fuel sprays when attempting to start it.
PLEASE HELP!

Thanks,
Katie

Welcome to the Board.

How did you decide that the fuel pump was a problem?

Are you getting spark when the engine is cranking? All the sensors etc are plugged in of? MAF sensor in the air intake tubing is there and all the piping is in place and clamped closed?

Did you replace the fuel filter too? Could be something floating in there which eventually clogs the exit pipe.
