2005 ION-2 Sedan
Default Question about '03-'05 ION radio/CD player?

Has anyone here removed their radio/CD player (single CD not changer) from their '03-'05 ION? Do you know if it has a changer jack in the back of the unit? Please tell me, thanks.

Also, what's the best way to access the front panel to remove the radio? ('05 ION)?

no it does not and for your second question grab the ac vents on the silver thing and pull untill it comes off unhook the wires to the 4 ways and traction control if you have it then there are 2 10mm screws holding it in

Thanks for the info. Damn, I can't find a way to listen to my iPod...
I hate the FM transmitter...

You could just get a new radio with auxilary inputs. But of course that would be kind of expensive huh.

Not much else that I know of besides fm modulator.
