Default No Model information for Insurance

My insurance (mercury) is having trouble finding the model info to add the outlook to my policy. And they want pictures of a new vehicle as he is quoting based on the value..

Time for a new insurance company?

The answer is "yes." What the hell is "mercury"? Try Allstate or Progressive. I have Allstate. My agent had no trouble finding the model info.
