Default 2000 LW2 V-6 Wagon to sell or part out?

Happy New Year to everyone,

I have a 2000 LW2 V-6 wagon with 80K on it and I am trying to decide whether to sell it or part it out. The reason for my indecision is the motor has a bad knock and I do not know if it would be worth replacing. This is the second engine I have had in the car, the first developed a coolant/oil mix problem. I still have the first engine but I just don't have the desire to repair it and switch engines again. The body and interior are in great shape and everything else works. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

2 engines in 80K miles! That thing would be long gone at my house.

Interesting. I'm contemplating the same thing with a LW3. Many more miles, however.
