I'm having the same problem. I need a secondary air injection pump for a 2002 SL2, and just can't seem to locate one. If anyone knows where there might be one, could you let me know?

There are a few used listed on car-part.com. Make sure of the fitment for your SL2.
I don't know the troubleshooting you've done to confirm the air pump is failed.
It would be worth checking the ground splice pack that provides the ground for the air pump. A bad connection here will stop the pump from running.
See 20:30 in this video. It shows the location (Below the Air Pump). Clean it up and if you're lucky it will solve your issue.

I was disappointed in car-parts.com. None of the places listed actually had the part.

Here is my old regulator.

I would like to see the whole part/assembly, but am confident that can be fixed. I will try for free if you are willing to risk losing it totally if I fail.

I will PM you with my email, since this site is getting so flaky.

That's a great source from Focusofheart!
Seems there are lots of 1996 SC front drivers electric regulators.

I find it unlikely the yards listed on car-parts.com didn't have the part, far more likely they don't have it individually listed and you'd have to see if they have the "big" part it's attached to...from the door to the whole car.

"But changing the door is so hard"
No it isn't, likely it's far easier than changing the regulator. I did it myself outside in the snow with only a floor jack for assistance. You don't even have to dink around with adjusting the window glass to fit right like you do on window-frameless cars like Subaru's.

To the point on availability ... i do think its become an issue.

And the wrecking yards are starving.
The prices we expect to pay for our Saturns do not exactly guarantee riches for the junkyards which serve us.

I actually had the issue with window cranks for VW rabbits ....
i trekked around to local junkyards and collected about ten, cause i was consuming one about every 6 months. Old worn parts require more force.
