Still trying to find a regulator. Not having much luck with car-parts.com. Most places the regulator is either bad or the door is too nice to break apart.

Are there any well known very large national saturn recyclers?

Thanks. He was very nice but said he's sold every one he had. Apparently they're popular.

RG, what part of your existing one is bad? Maybe we can come up with a way to repair it.

Which gear, the pinion or the sector? Post a picture of the assembly. I have made gears, piston rings, con-rod bearings, and many other such parts when they become hard to find. I would be willing to give a try at repairing this. Your risk would be that it is probably spot-welded or crimped together. Once I try to take it apart we are committed.

I forgot, were you looking for the left or right side front regulator?
And can one for an SL work in the SC??

If the right, here is a new one for $75.

https://www.wholesalegmpartsonline.c.../21097200.html

If left, how about these new ones for a 1996 SL for $50.

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...ndow+regulator

OR if the door is too nice to break apart, can you afford to purchase the whole door and part out whatever you don't need for the repair???
