Replacing a clutch was the problem I had, which caused me to join this remarkable forum 11 years ago.
I installed a non-Luk clutch then, and it wouldn't work. Removed and checked everything, reinstalled, still wouldn't work.
Installed a Luk kit and SUCCESS. This was the summer of 2008.
Just re-did it all in winter of 2017-2018, getting easier each time. [the trans. seal failed = oil all over the flywheel and clutch. Which I fixed, again with help from this forum ]
