Default SDA and SCDYNE superchargers

Does anyone know whats going on with these guys? I want to get one of theses kits, SCdyne never responded to my emails i sent over 2 months ago, neither did SDA. Now the SDA domain is expired and their site doesn't exist! I have sent both of these places tons of emails, and I have gotten nowhere. Is there any other place that is legit that offers a full supercharger kit for a good price?

SDA is moving to another building. They currently aren't taking orders. They did say they plan on opening back up.

Scdyne is still advertsing superchargers for sale? I remeber hearing about those things from back in the late 90s. I don't recall him selling many except for 1 or 2 of them.

Did SDA ever release thier kit?

SDA released their kit, had to sell the 2 they had ready at a discount to clear inventory, and is now deciding if they'll offer some of the pieces or none at all. Another great performance option killed by cheap/poor Saturn owners.

I think he said he had like 20 of the brackets left and a few intercoolers but that was it.

And those probably didnt work right or the customers didnt get all the needed parts. Then never got their money back.

hopefully SDA gets back up soon. I know that it will cost me some money, but I really want to have a setup like one of these on my car. Not many blown Saturns around.

You ready to spend $3-4k? SDA's kit, while a sweet setup, was $2,500-3k IIRC. Add on that it did not include a tuning solution, and you can add another $300-500 for a megasquirt, plus some more for other random stuff you'll need.

Really? Has anyone done any dyno runs with the kit installed? I have wondered what this kit could do since I heard about them releasing it, plus a friend of mine was planning on getting one for his old car but has foucsed on another becuase of the delay of the kit and lack of parts from mentioned cheap ass Saturn owners

Not sure about dyno, but he was kicking some major butt at the drag strip with fairly minimal other mods.

I saw video of a white sc2 running mid 12s on the SDA kit. I am aware how much it would cost, and I am fine with that, I just don't know if they are available anymore. I want to make something different with my car.

I'm with you, I'd actually like to have a truly fast Saturn, (IMO 12's is fast, esp if you can make it look mostly stock to the untrained eye) I'm not like the 281HP with some ****ty bolt-ons Saturn twit on eBay there.

I would agree that twelves are pretty quick! considering a DOHC barely breaks mid 16s. Thats 4 full seconds! I could buy a mustang and do it up for the same price and be just like everyone else, but if that was the case, I would already have one and not be on this forum! Thanks for the info guys!
