Default Under hood fuse box replacement

I am working on a 2008 Astra XR 1.8 hatachback 2door. I believe the under hood electrical center took a dump. FYI I does contain logic. I do have GM SPS access and security coed for this vehicle. GM service manual not real clear on UEC replacement. I know I need to use SPS to rest ecu before I remove and replace the uec. It doesn't say when you go through SPS and get access to reset ecm. It has you turn key off. You see programming on Tech 2 win screen. Then states turn key on. You see programming again. I am guessing you turn key off when this is done. Disconnect battery. Replace uec. Turn key back on. Then you have choice. Program ECM. Program CIM Program both. I am guessing you do both. So you can tell the ecm a new uec was installed. Then program cim. SO you can program all lans. Immobilizer Security Info center environment etc. Any help would be great.
