Default motor swaps for a 94 sc2

hi everyone.. i just got my 1994 sc2 and i already want to make it fast. i was thinking of just modding the engine in there already but a buddy of mine is swapping a motor in his civic. so i thought maybe i should do the same.

what i want to know is what engines would fit into my car..

looks like you just signed up w/o actually reading anything here, so I would hope you would realize you are not the 1st person who ever wanted to make his saturn into something else. start reading previous threads here, and you will get your answer.

Civics have about fourteen engines that bolt directly in... every engine that a Civic ever used is almost a drop-in. S series cars have all of two engines, and you've got the good one.

If you want to know what fits then I think the list will encompass almost every longitudinal engine that's been used... up to a SBC or the big Taurus SHO engines, if you don't need a hood.
