Try www.paintscratch.com. They're not cheap, but I've heard they're great at matching any factory color.

Another caution I thought of is Don't use spray cans of paint on your flexible panels or bumpers since they will end up cracking afterwards. They don't contain the flex agent that is needed to keep them from cracking.

The paint pens will work OK.

thnx guys for the help

how is this for good timing, I join this board & the next day I get rear ended

driving at 11pm, about all of 4 cars on the entire road, light turns yellow, I slow down, light turns red, I stop at the line, 2 seconds later I hear tires screaching & get a solid bump to my rear end by, as fate would have it, another saturn

guy buys a '97-'00(?) SL a month ago, doesn't get insurance, lets his friend drive, & his friend totally screws up his front end (& I mean gone)

& as far as I can tell, all I need is a new bumper, if even that. not even a scratch on my muffler. but figuring out the damage is State Farm's problem, not mine, hell maybe I can get those scratchs on the roof (that of course were from the rear ending *wink *wink) taken care of all at once

till next time...
