Default 2003 Saturn Ion 2 2.2 liter 5 speed

AC Heater control panel fan not working.
Ac fan was blowing cold air at all settings day b4 yesterday. Went to store and parked, as always turned ac and recirculation buttons off then turned fan off. Got back in car and stared the car as normal, turned ac on and recirc turned fan knon to 4 and nothing happend. Checked fuses, all seemed ok. Then started car again and the radiator cooling fan came on as ac did. Took that as a good sign. I am thinking it's the ac heater control panel is out again but just not sure. Any help would be great.

With or without ac on, try all blower speeds. The first three speeds have power going thru a resistor card. High speed is a direct connection to battery.

Fan does not work at all. Just as mentioned in the post. All 4 speeds do not work, whether ac is on or not. Thinking it is the blower motor it self. Reason being is that I can turn the account on and turn fan knob to any setting and the recirculation light comes on. But no fan

Are you a heavy ac user living in the South or hot states requiring more ac use than northern states? If you think the blower is worn or broken, you can try disconnecting it and wiring it directly to battery power and see if it runs. Do you have a cabin air filter? Some are unaware of cabin filter use and discover a blocked filter.

Are you familiar with using a multimeter?

BACKGROUND
The light for the heater control (fan) is on a separate wire than the power (out) to the blower motor. One can be on with the other not working.

All power for the lights for the heater control are run through one separate connector on the back of the heater control. All power for all the actual function are run through the other (IIRC).

Testing the controls could help.

Using the multimeter you could check the resistance change across the leads for the fan motor dial. You should see the resistance value change for each position of the dial. If it doesn't, the controls are bad.

You don't even need to strip the wires back, just poke the pointy tip of you meter lead through the insulation (there are MUCH better ways of doing this however) and check that way.
