Default Re: Engine Removal Clearance Manual Transmission

I've removed several S series engines in my lifetime and it's significantly easier to keep a manual transmission attached and just pull them out together with a load leveler. While you may think it's quicker to remove just the engine (and it may be) when you actually try to mate the two together in the engine bay you'll find yourself wasting way more time than if you just pulled them both. It's an absolute ***** to get the input shaft lined up while trying to lower the engine in at the right angle.
