Default Center Ceiling Track Component?

We have a Relay 2006 ..
any idea what this is? It is positioned along the ceiling track furthest to the rear.

The compartment opens downward just like a place to store sunglasses. Inside of it there appears some type of connection pins ..

I'm sorry no pics, I'm unable to post photos/links as I am new to this forum.

You can post images as thumbnail attachments. Many new members are under the wrong impression of new member restrictions when its most likely something else. That something else is usually larger image file size. Thumbnails are restricted to 150 kilobytes. Most cell phones and digital cameras create multi megabyte image files, overwhelming this site. The ones that somehow attach large images show up as very large pictures with all texts reduced, shrinking text with oversize images. The simplest solution and suggestion used by many here is to resize your images to reduce file size acceptable for this site.

Resizing to reduce file size to less than a megabyte and reformatting to jpeg format will be accepted as thumbnail attachments. I do it all the time as well as other members when pictures help to add visual info not easily explained in words. Use your favorite image program that allows resizing and format change, then view them on your screen before attaching to a post. And before posting, use the preview button to review your post and attachments, click on the attachments to view tham back on your screen as this will be the image seen by everyone. If resizing and formatting works, your images will be accepted for posting. Previewing your images to full screen size also helps reveal many out of focus or fuzzy images not revealed on small camera or cell phone screens, If you cannot see a clear image in a full screen display, the image is useless to everyone viewing it.
