Default Steering wheel will not come off

This is my first post. i have a 93 SC2 i got a couple of months ago, and everything works great except for when you turn on the right turn signal, the left brake light flashes. after looking all over the car we decided it was a problem with the multifunctional(?) switch behind the steering wheel. we took out the air bag, took out all the bolts, but the steering wheel will not come off. even went out and got a puller! we've tried gaming on the center nut on the puller and lubricated it and everything and it won't move at all.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

Stupid question but I have to ask it; did you remove the nut holding it on?

Little bit of heat. They tend to sieze on. I've broken a steering wheel with a wheel puller before. Some carefully placed heat should wake up both alloys.

I was thinking more like MAP gas. A heat gun may not be enough. You'll want to get the shaft pretty hot but very precisely so as not to melt any of the surrounding plastic.

"gaming on the center nut on the puller"

I gotta ask... what is "gaming" on puller? Did you tighten the puller and then hit (axially) on the puller screw with a hammer?
