Wrench Unable to scan my sedan

Hey guys, I drive a 2005 ion 2 that I bought off the dealership with 133k on it. Within the 2 months I've owned it I've had it scanned 3 times because I've had a rough idle and I've had the infamous "Pwr Str" and "Coolant" messages flash. I've noticed that when it happens its only idling for 5 or more minutes but when I scanned it it only gave me the code for the front O2 sensor repeated. Now I can't even get it to scan period. The ECM Fuse (43 I believe it is) isn't blown and I was going to check my inside fuse box but shocker... Its no where to be found. My user manual has it somewhere it isn't. I've checked by the battery terminals and pretty much all over my car. If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd be more than ecstatic.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

It's by your gas pedal in the console. You probably blew the front accessory power plug fuse.
