2002 SL1
Sad Replaced Gaskets, Now Have New Problems

My SOHC engine, in my SL1 was leaking oil from around the head. After watching videos by Richpin and ScottysDetailing, I decided to change the gaskets myself. I wrote out all the steps and I did the work.
I took my time, changed out the parts and put everything back together. However, I now have three new problems.
1) After the is warmed up, my oil light comes on when I am stopping.
2) I do not see an increase in performance, but I am burning more gas now.
3) My rear defrost comes on when the start the car and stays on.

I do not see any leaking from the engine. The coolant and oil are at full levels.
I am not sure what are the cause of the issues or where to start looking. Everything is looks good; bolts are tight and cables are connected.
