2008 VUE 2.4L
Default Ects location 2008 vue?

Hi,
I have searched this site and scoured GOOGLE and I can find all kinds of posts about the engine coolant temperature sensor for earlier models. However, I can't find the ECTS on my 2008 VUE. Can anybody help?
I am getting a P0128 error code saying my coolant temperature is too low. My hubby just replaced the thermostat. It did not stop the error. I bought the ECTS at Advanced for $19.99. I just can't find the booger. Help!

1-Is the radiator fan running constantly (a/c OFF)?

2-Is wiring or connection damaged?

Thank you for responding!
Yes, the radiator fan runs constantly. Even when I first start my VUE. If I try to push the button for A/C, the A/C indicator light flashes at me and won't come on. I don't know if the wiring is bad because, hee hee, I can't find it.
Thank you for the images. So am I looking at this right? Is the ECTS on the passenger side? I am going out right now to try and find it.
Another tidbit: When it rains heavily, the air in my car feels damp it's somewhat smelly and the windows are kind of foggy. Do you think a leak in my windshield seal could be causing the PCM to get wet and cause electrical problems? Like with, say, the coolant temp sensor?
