Default Wiring frustration saturn SW2 1995

I don't like recreating threads like this but the old one was getting confusing and old so am making a new one that is a bit clearer on what I need help with.

I have to wires dangling down by the intake down by the starter. One is white and the other is black. I be leave they go to the icm from what I have read around but I just don't no where they go from the icm or I could be wrong and it goes to the injector/fuel rail are. And my symptoms are I have a hesitation after it shifts gears at 35 mph. No stallout. Then when I almost to WOT it takes of like a bad out of hell. But if I get it anywhere close to closed throttle it idles way down. Am also pretty Shute it's eating more gas to. Ive replaced map, ects, o2, tps, iac, sensors. compression test cheated out fine. And PCM is throwing no codes. Any help will be helpfull.

My guess is tis for one of the sensors located in that area.
knock sensor
oil pressure
canister purge sensor
rear o2 sensor
vss sensor

take a picture and post it.

Ok I'll get on it as soon as I can get a jack from my father inlaw. Also the knock sensor is good plus the kps is to laughing out loud wouldn't have EFI WITHOUT IT.

And from my last view from looking down all the sensor down there had there respectave wires going to them. Pluse any pictures I've looked up don't even show wires that collie or that long going down there. Makes me wonder if the wire is snapped and didn't break of from a connector. But ok I'll get a good picture.
