Default Speedometer and tachometer issue

So after my alternator on my 95 saturn sl1 started to die out, the speedometer started acting up, sometimes dropping to zero, and then suddenly it was registering 5mph under the actual speed. After replacing the alternator and battery, the RPM started displaying 1k under and the speedo showed 10mph under. the needle, when the car is turned off or is bellow 10mph is under the zero marks. Otherwise being almost exactly under by 10mph and 1k rpm, they work fine(confirmed by various GPS sources).the gas, temp, everything else is working normally. I'm planning to sell the car relatively soon so I'd rather not have to buy and replace the instrument panel, but it'd be easier to sell if it didn't have this blatant issue.

Any recommendations in terms of fixing it without taking it apart or replacing it? is there a reset system? can i access any controls from under the dash?

Thanks for the Help!

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

From there just remove the plastic cover and adjust the needles to the desired position. Might want to replace any burned out bulbs while it is out too.
