Default No Power to ACC fuses, I messed something up

I need some help with 2003 Saturn Ion 1

Last night I was installing after market cruse control and I was checking which fuses turned off when the key was off and then were on when the key was on. I accidentally touched a metal bracket and of course created a spark.

Now I have no power to a few things. mainly axillary stuff. The car runs and drives

1. Radio has no power
2. blinkers do not work, - but other lights and chimes on the dash cluster do work.
3. No power to wipers.
4. 12volt outlets.
5. License plate light
6. The back lights on the dash cluster do not work.

Not only is their no power to these items, but Also there is no power at the fuse box when I stick my 12volt tester in.

I have changed the ACC relay, run relay, and the ACL/Park Relay. None of these seemed to make a difference.

I have also check the fuses that are in the fuse block inside the car.

I am planing on taking the car out of town on a long trip tonight, so I really hope there is a quick solution

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See below fuse panel drawings. You'll have to pull each fuse out to verify whether or not its blown. Burned out fuses are not seen by glancing at them. Use the fuse puller.

I know I checked all the fuses last night but apparently there were 2 of the J style fuses that were out. Anyways. It was simple as check the fuses even if you have already done so

Thanks
