correct. ummm well i have no plans for the mold plug (whole factory bumper in the pics) probably scrap it so no one can copy it. idk haha why do you ask?

2 optional lens's, projector lens (no cut off) and a flat lens. both are real glass. seen VERY strong.





had to rework my my fog light pockets so stay tuned for more progress. haha

well i made some more progress today. i figured out how im going to mount these things. ironically the caps for the spray foam made the PERFECT cup to start my shape. all i can say about the look of it now is . . .

Well, by what I'm seeing in the last photo...you haven't planted your tomatoes this year.

lol correct, my parents have not gotten a chance to yet. but here is the situation. i still have some small finish sanding and such. but i got the car backed out of the garage and had a chance to take some pics.

here they are. thoughts?







in the future i feel as if i will be making a different slightly less "smoothed out" more aggressive "drifter" style front. i also will be making a rear roll pan style bumper.

Is the intercooler going to completely fill that opening? What color are you going to have the intercooler? I'm not really liking the black in the opening.

the intercooler measures 32x13 inches. witch is EXACTLY the size of the opening, i have been thinking of a black intercooler. it will look better with out all that extra space being visible through the bumper.

Looks like your truck (left) has a flat tire...

But I really dig the look of that front, WAY more than my RL.

I would smooth out the line between the grey and red parts of the bumper, though.

Is your Vue lowered, or stock height?

lol thats my baby. (tahoe) hasent run in about a year. it needs a tranny but thats gonna cost me about 2g's(needs to hold power of a mild street 383 lol)

but my vue is stock height, i got some springs that im getting altered by a local shop. should be around a 3f,4r drop. i know im going to run into camber and alignment issues. but i like a little bit of camber

i also plan on filling that line lol

Your just not lucky when it comes to transmissions... lol

I like the bumper so far. Do you plan on doing skirts to go with the front and rear bumpers? Hood?

lol i KNEW that the tranny in the tahoe would not stand up to the stroker. its got just shy of 450hp and 490ish tq. lol that eats stock trannys up and ****s them out for breakfast haha. this is actually the 2nd its eaten. the first was stock, this one had a b&m stage 2 shift kit. but the sun gear was the weak link this time haha.

im still trying to figure out the skirts. i cant make up my mind yet. haha

The rear chamber is going to Be the issue for a 4inch drop ... With my springs setteled to 3 inch drop and my 22s I can see the chamber alot lol and idk how u feel about this but I'm thinking of u close in the gap of the foam the front end would have the appearance of being lower ....just a thought

Filling those, or narrowing them to slits, would give you a mean(er) look...

i was going for the e46 style lower lip. so i dont think i will be filling it in but im going to be making the vents functional. i like the paint vents in the 2nd one but i might just make some sort of an insert to go in over them. see how it goes.

yes but i liked it a little better with it smoothed out and swooped up to the fogs. it just kinda flowed better to me.
