Vauxhall Astra H grill conversion

I'm looking at debadging my 2008 Saturn Astra XR and getting a vauxhall astra h grill. Will that fit my car, if not which one will?

Well I found only the vauxhall v-shaped grill on ebay. Do you think i can just take my saturn piece off and simply replace that instead of the entire grill? The item number is 260907385912

All these people changing their Saturns to Vauxhalls I think there are more converted Astras here than regular ones...just makes mine more rare I guess...

No you can't just replace the chrome V grill piece, because the original black piece doesn't fit with it. you would need all three parts of the grill: the black piece, chrome piece v and chrome surround

I ordered a black powdercoated billet grille from a company on ebay, looks incredible. Better than the Vauxhall grille, which is just too hard to come by.

Here is the link, contact him and ask if they have the top grille in stock still, he's a real nice guy.

I just sold my last Vauxhall grill but I dont mind helping you find one that fits your car.

There are 2 types of grills, ones that fit our cars (7 clips) and the ones that fits the VXR's (6 clips which dont fit our car (because its smaller and clips dont fit our cars)

Even though I dont have my Astra, I dont mind helping Saturn fans members with their parts

OP give me a list of ebay grills and I'll tell you right away if they will fit or not (same goes with opel grills)

EDIT: I donno Iv had almost every grill they made for the astra and I think the Vauxhall looks the nicest

you need the grill of a 5 door european astra.
and it must be the face lift version.
the facelift was there in 2007

Well now I've decided not to do the Vauxhall conversion since so many are doing it. I want my astra to be more unique than that so I'm curious. Is it possible for me to replace my astra grill with another saturn astra one but just the chrome piece without buying the whole grill? I was thinking last night about getting a blank chrome piece and designing a custom emblem for it.

I'm not much of a fan of the opel emblem. I was thinking of designing 2 swords crossing each other or a dragon. But I'm open for ideas on what to do, I want to keep the emblem close to a european feel.

I mean, the Opel grill, with the circle, should be easier to put your own emblem in than the Saturn or Vauxhall equivalent.

Don't I need to replace the entire grill to put the opel grill in? I'm trying to find a saturn grill that didn't have the saturn logo engraved into it.

I think the chance of finding a blank saturn grill would be close to none, but going with a opel/vauxhall grill the emblems aren't actually attached to the grill so they could easily be replaced with any other emblem that fits the circumference.
