Dead SC2 :(

It happened to me ...

My '93 SC2 finally died by the hands of a '99 Civic. The idiot rear ended me on my way home from work two weeks from tomorrow. I just had got it smogged and registered in Feb and filled up the gas tank the day before. I was lucky that the kid (who works at Facebook) was going slow enough not to burst the gas tank. I can only imagine that he was updating his page when he hit me (he says that the brakes locked up in the wet conditions). He hit me so hard that the stereo poped out of the dash and the trunk floor buckled. Needless to say that the car was totaled. The sad thing for me is that I had 19 years and over 325K on the car, all of them mine! So, if some lucky guy/gal can find this car in the junkyard they can get all of the good parts off it. But it also means that I have to sell the parts that I have not put on the car; like the Quaife LSD, Goodridge SST brake lines and Energy Suspension polyurethane bushing kit. I also have some new OEM parts that I need to sell. If anyone is interested, then email me at: fogdrive@earthlink.net. I will accept payments via PayPal only. I will put the complete list up soon on all of the Saturn forums that are left. I need to buy another car, most likely a new Cruze; so I will need to sell all.

I am sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved SC2 though. That is a damn shame indeed.
