Need help finding a coolant temp sensor connector
Does anybody know of anything online i can buy? I know people will say go look in junk yard but is there anything ou there anyone knows of? I replaced the sensor but the cap is corroded and is giving bad reading sproatically

If you have any old unused computers laying around you can open it up and look on the lower right side of the motherboard and you'll see the front header for the led's and power/reset switches. these connections are almost a perfect fit for the ECTS sensor connector. just make sure you solder and heat shrink the leads together to avoid future problems. I think richpin has a video on youtube detailing this too.
As far as an actual replacement, I'm not sure if you can get a new factory connector for it or not.

Or save the trip to the junkyard and PM Lowsaturn. He has a bunch of used units he has grabbed over the years.
I don't think I'd pay over $20 for one.

I did pm low saturn, he is fresh out, any link to the u tube vid? I searched around couldnt find anything, ya it might be worth 20-30$ cause the temp needle takes a dive every other day and trips check engine light and runs like crap until i pop hood and wiggle it
