Default cheap and easy power upgrades

ok guys so i was wondering, other then a new intake (already have that), what can i do that is relatively cheap and easy to increase my overall power

2.4L exhaust manifold W/ cat-back exhaust. Still not cheap, but theres not much else unless you want to spend on engine upgrades. There's not much aftermarket support for the 03 2.2's.

Unfortunately I have discovered that, another question I have th cali emmisions pacakge so if I were to buy an aftermarket header could I just bung out a hole for the egr valve? Or will I have to have a header customly made?

You SHOULD be able to find a shop willing to weld a bung in for you. I've had trouble in the past getting headers welded by 'muffler' shops. They tend the eek away from work like that because they have to fix it if it breaks! Can be frustrating..

This would be an awesome time for you to learn some fabricating skills. You could make a killing if you supply some good parts.
