Centerice,

One thing I have not seen in this discussion is adjusting the height of the headrest. You may need to raise the headrest to the next click up.

I would not encourage you to modify the headrest by bending the legs. This could come back to bite you should you be in an accident.

My wife finds it more comfortable to change the fore-aft position of the seat and recline the seat back just a bit. Her upper back is supported and the headrest doesn't "bump" her head.
