2002 VUE 2.2L
2006 VUE 3.5L
Default 02 vue evap ?

Was there ever a recall or major issues with the 02 4cylinder evaporative system? If so were could i find out info for it? Another question where is the evaporative canister located ? Thanks for any help.

Nope, I don't recall ever seeing anyone post any major issues with it. Usually if a code pops up for the evaporative canister, it's just the gas cap that needs to be tightened.

As for location, the evaporative canister is located under the vehicle, but I can't recall the exact position.

gaurdien ... located and attached one SB for 2002 2.2L EVAP system ... I'll post any others I find.

I've attached service manual extract for canister location.

Get in touch if you think of anything else.
