I would say look at your fuel filler neck and see if the small line return isn't rusted out this can also cause the error codes as well. Saturn are known to rust this line. So look there as well-you will have to jack the Saturn and also remove the right rear tire to remove the Wheel well guard to see these lines. But my money is if you never changed or look at this line then it's rusted out. I had two Saturn a LS2 '00 with the return line evaporator rusted out and the same with my 2nd Saturn L300 '02. Once I replaced the fuel filler neck that fixed the error code.
