Probably 2016, maybe 2017.

The lenses which 'yellow' are expensive, higher quality. I think they
are specified because the material is softer, less likely to cause
lacerations in accidents.

Many aftermarket lamps now use the stuff that does not yellow.
Having much experience with GLASS lenses, i was not concerned with laceration risk.

I think one can find this stuff in aftermarket stores, or online.
The non-yellowing lenses have a slight color/hue that is maybe bluish,
sort of like the look of austenitic stainless steels as 302,304,316.

As i said , I just bought the cheaper aftermarket lamps, rather than the insurance-company certified variety.... $40 vs $70.
