I wouldn't replace the cat con unless you have more than 200K miles on the car. Even then, I'd probably let it ride unless you know it's clogged.
Thanks for reply - This may be the way I go even though I just turned over the 200k mark. This is the first car I bought brand new that hit 100k let alone 200k miles!
