I thank you. But it sort of rules out a problem with the regulator on my car as your readings are quite similar to mine. One refer to "main tap". Are you referring to the source of the vacuum to the resovoir? I would be more concerned with what kind of vacuum readings (if any) you get where the regulator gets its vacuum from. That is a vacuum port located on the side of the throttle body (front of the car side).... From there the plastic line runs under the upper intake (plenum) over to the regulator. I have yet to see any vacuum at that port and from your readings, I dont think I will.
